This type of payment plan typically entails signing up for an account with the provider, selecting which services they would like to pay for on a monthly basis, and then being automatically billed each month.
What is the core focus of your unlimited design service?
Our core focus lies in building strong relationships, delivering high-quality designs, and ensuring reliability for our customers. We strive to understand the importance of customer and designer communication, leading to exceptional design outcomes that meet your business needs.
How long will it take to complete my design?
It will usually take us 24 – 48 hours to deliver your designs. The time can be extended if you have a complex design request. However, if you have a time-sensitive project, you can talk to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your urgency.
How many active tasks will I have at a given time?
The number of active tasks will depend on your plan. We keep 1 active design task in the Individual plan, 2 active design tasks in the Limited plan, and Unlimited active design tasks in the Unlimited.
How can I ensure the quality of your designs?
You can take a look at our past works in our portfolio section on our website. This will give you a clear idea of the quality and variety of designs we have created for our clients.
Can I make unlimited design requests?
Yes, we truly mean it when we say unlimited! You are welcome to make unlimited design requests at any time. However, keep in mind that we focus on delivering high-quality designs instead of low-quality templates, and quality work takes time to complete.

What are the different plans and pricing for your unlimited design service?
We offer three plans:
Individual: 2 days turnaround, 1 active request, $499 USD per month.
Startup: 1-2 days turnaround, 2 active tasks per time, $995 USD per month.
Enterprise: Same-day turnaround, 3 active tasks per time, $1,695 USD per month.
Is there a catch in your money-back guarantee?
There’s no catch. In our years of experience, the one thing we have understood well is that customer satisfaction is the key. If you are, in any way, not satisfied with our services you can claim a no question asked 100% money-back guarantee. Although, we are very proud to say that to this date we have not received even a single claim for money back.

You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees involved in our design process. You will only be charged a fixed amount monthly which will be inclusive of all taxes and fees.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees involved in our design process. You will only be charged a fixed amount monthly which will be inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes, you are not bound by a contract and you can cancel at any time for any reason. There are no registration fees or cancellation fees. You only have to accept the T&Cs when you subscribe, like any other type of service.

Design and Delivery

What kind of designs can your service create?
Our all-in-one creative solution includes Graphic Design, Custom Illustrations, Presentation Design, and Motion Graphics. We can help you create logos, social media graphics, flyers, merchandise & packaging designs, landing pages, infographics, podcast graphics, custom illustrations, portraits, mascots, custom decks, animated logos, animated ads, UI/UX animations, and more.

Note that we do NOT offer 3D design, video editing, complex UI/UX, prototyping, Complex Animation, Extremely complex or fine art illustrations, Fillable or interactive PDF documents, Digital Painting & Game Assets3D / CAD.
What kind of designs don't you offer?
We do not support the following types of requests: extremely complex or fine art illustrations, fillable or interactive PDF documents, complex photo manipulation, digital painting and game assets, 3D/CAD projects, HTML, programming, coding, or development, file formats outside of our supported file types, trademarked names, brands, or quotes, content writing or manual typing, and inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or against our core values.
What if I am not satisfied with my designs?
We won’t stop working until you are 100% satisfied with your designs. You can ask your designer for as many changes as you need for that perfect design.
How do I submit and manage my requests?
When you subscribe to one of our plans, you will receive a sign-up email with instructions on creating and logging in to your account. Once you have logged in, you can easily submit and manage your requests by accessing the appropriate section of your account dashboard. We offer a user-friendly interface that allows you to track the progress of your requests, communicate with our team, and access any relevant information.

We understand that everyone has their preferred way of communicating, so we also offer the flexibility to submit requests through email, WhatsApp, iMessage, or Telegram. Suppose that's more convenient for you. Let us know your preferred method, and we will accommodate your needs as best we ca. We aim to make the request submission and management process as seamless and hassle-free as possible so that you can focus on other essential things.
